Responsibilities

  • Deliver classroom training sessions on customer service, manual handling, and safe systems of work.
  • Provide practical and theory-based driver training to enhance risk awareness and driving skills.
  • Conduct risk assessments and re-assess drivers, offering detailed feedback on performance.
  • Assist in creating and implementing new driver training and road safety initiatives.
  • Complete training reports and assessments promptly, ensuring high standards and understanding of Quality Assurance processes.

About the role:

You will:

  • Deliver classroom training sessions on customer service, manual handling, and safe systems of work.

  • Assist in creating and implementing new driver training and road safety initiatives.
  • Complete training reports and assessments promptly, ensuring high standards and understanding of Quality Assurance processes.

About you:

  • Qualifications: Full, clean driving licence; DVSA Approved Driving Instructor (ADI) preferred; Level 3 Award in Education and Training preferred.
  • Experience: Expertise in coaching light commercial vehicle drivers and assessing safety and driving skills.
  • Skills: Proficient in Google Suite, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; excellent interpersonal and motivational abilities.
  • Knowledge: Thorough understanding of traffic regulations, effective design and presentation skills, and current car technology and basic maintenance.
  • Competencies: Creativity, innovation, motivation, stakeholder management, and excellent communication.
