    Job Title: Store Operative

    Location: Broad Oak, we offer a range of hybrid and flexible working arrangements – please speak to your recruiter about the options for this particular role.

    Salary: Up to £29,920 dependent on experience

    What you'll be doing:

    • Participate in the update of the warehousing infrastructure and processes as required by the business
    • Operate warehousing processes to meet agreed service levels including receipt, put-away, kitting, unplanned picks, shelf life process and packing
    • Manage the picking of shelf life products
    • Undertake mandatory training to meet the specific requirements of the role

    Your skills and experiences:

    • Have significant experience in all general Warehousing duties including Forklift driving
    • Be compliant in ESD (electro static discharge) requirements when dealing with SSD (static sensitive devices)
    • Be flexible to cover all areas as deemed by the Team Leader
    • Be diligent and proactive when finding solutions to discrepancies when counting materials supporting the annual cycle count
