    Salary: £41,997 – £45,079 (Depending on qualifications and experience)

    Your skills and experiences:

    Essential:

    • Marine Paint experience preferred will consider domestic painting experience

    Desirable:

    • L&D 9 or 11 advantageous
    • Have a broad, multi-functional focus, looking across the Early Careers portfolio of activity
    • Comprehensive business knowledge to align requirements of apprentice learning curriculum and development
    • Knowledge and understanding of Awarding Bodies & SDS Quality Standards
    • Knowledge and experience of assessment/ verification practices and awarding body requirements
