    You'll work alongside the Head of HR and HR Leadership team to execute the People Strategy through the delivery of a portfolio of strategic people change activity across HSBC UK (HBUK and sub-entities) and its ServCo (HGSU). You will have three main areas of focus, portfolio leadership and design, portfolio delivery and stakeholder management.

    Human Resources leads the implementation of the Group's people strategy in line with business objectives. We facilitate talent management, succession planning and employee mobility while defining and overseeing frameworks that support employee performance management, reward, learning and development, resourcing and engagement.

    In this role you will:

    Requirements

    To be successful in this role you should meet the following requirements:

    • A strong track record of success driving people strategy in a consensus-driven, matrix-structured environment.

    • Excellent consulting experience in a People & Organization practice or success as a highly strategic HRBP

    • Strong HR technical skills & understanding of contemporary talent management practices.

    • Demonstratable ability to manage multiple projects and shift priorities as needs change.

    • High degree of ingenuity and creativity, with a past track record of designing and developing innovative solutions that matter.

    This role is based in London or Birmingham with hybrid working.
