    What you'll do


    A driven and focused individual who is equally passionate about reporting and the structures that defines it as well as enjoys building and leveraging relationships to obtain, collate, review and report data. The individual will need to be self-motivated to support establishment of new reporting requirements, ensure they are proactive in their work, identify new opportunities to embed and improve the reporting process, focussing on completeness, accuracy and delivery of targets. ​ The role requires working with key internal and external stakeholders across the business, supporting the delivery of pre-defined ESG and taxonomy data to the Group ESG Finance team and for providing best practice recommendations across their defined responsibility area to support and drive the future of ESG and taxonomy reporting.
    - Support the overall ESG and taxonomy reporting approach for the Vodafone Group including improvements in the completeness and accuracy of reported ESG and taxonomy data;
    - Support establishment of processes to obtain, validate and submit ESG and taxonomy data derived from multiple sources to Vodafone Group across a range of KPIs;
    - Support implementation of Vodafone Group defined policies and process controls while addressing all short comings in the current processes;
    - Develop subject matter knowledge enabling review and challenge on ESG reported metrics produced by various internal teams;
    - Continuously monitor opportunities for process improvement including opportunities for automation in data collection


    Who you are



    • Minimum 2 years' experience in a reporting function for a large organisation within a group;

    • Ability to build strong relationships and support teams across multiple functions under very difficult circumstances to deliver on pre-determined targets;

    • Strong communication and excellent writing and presentation skills to ensure credibility stakeholders; and

    • Experience in working with cross functional teams in delivering data in compliance with regulation into a structured and controlled environment subject to external assurance.

    • Accountancy qualification (ACA, ACCA) or equivalent
