    As a Barclays Head of US Secondary Trade Closing Vice President (VP), you will manage all tailored product closing activity which includes but is not limited to, Deal Seasoning execution, BWIC trade settlement, block trade settlement, and private credit for both par and distressed trade closing. You will also be responsible for US Secondary market loan trading operations strategy which includes process optimization, process governance, Data management and reporting.

    What will you be doing?

    What we're looking for:

    • Four or more years' experience within syndicated Loan operations (preferably closing operations)

    • Understanding of control environment and how to make decisions consistent with Barclays and Industry risk and control expectations

    • Ability to articulate and implement tactical decision making for immediate resolution and strategic decision making for positioning department for long term success

    • Microsoft Excel expertise

    Skills that will help you in the role:

    • Knowledge and understanding of Project management

    • Knowledge and understanding of Process Redesign

    • Microsoft PowerPoint skills preferred
