  • Managing 4 direct reports and motivating the team, including performance reviews and personal development
  • Provide support to budget owners and to build the Integrated Business Plan (IBP) (5 year business plan)
  • Identify opportunities to drive continuous improvement processes including working with the wider FP&A team to share best practice

    Salary: £54,793+ (depending on skills and experience)

    What you'll be doing:

    • Support the delivery of a Finance Planning & Analysis (FP&A) service to the Air business and contribute to modernisation initiatives to drive standardisation, efficiency and effectiveness

    Your skills and experiences:

    Essential:

    • Fully Qualified Accountant (ACA, CA, ACCA, CIMA, CIPFA) will not accept AAT
    • Analytical and strong eye for detail
    • Good communication skills in different forms and to different levels within the organisation
    • Experience of staff management
    • Strong Excel skills
    • Understanding of FP&A and cost basing
