Responsibilities

  • Provide efficient, responsive and confidential Executive Assistant support to the Training Strategy Director / Air Board Member, ensuring that their priorities are actioned and achieved
  • Ensure efficient management of the Air Strategy Directors diary e.g. schedule appointments, travel itineraries and accommodation requirements, ensuring optimum use of time
  • Organise incoming communications (mail, telephone calls and messages); draft responses redirecting where appropriate, obtaining additional background information as necessary
  • Ensure correct and timely submission of expense claims, in particular obtaining all relevant information pertaining to hospitality, and visits, and the inclusion of, where possible, VAT receipts and invoices. Keep accurate records of mileage done on company business and submit regular claims for reimbursement
  • Liaise with Digital Intelligence Entity Manager on discharging the Training Strategy Director's role as Chairman of Pulse Power & Measurement

    What you'll be doing:

    Your skills and experiences:

    Essential

    • An understanding of how to deal with Confidential Information/Issues (e.g. GDPR) and commercially highly sensitive information, and how to save/store information appropriately.
    • Excellent knowledge of MS Office, particularly Word, Outlook and Excel (Expert Administrative Skills)
    • Time Management and organisational skills are key
    • Previous experience of being an Executive Assistant
    • Able to adapt quickly and flexibly to changes in work environments, personnel and business needs
