    Job Title: Sites and Facilities Professional

    Salary: £38,734+, depending on skills and experience

    What you'll be doing:

    • Supporting Site Operations, Facilities Management, and Tenancy Management Teams by producing defined scopes of work, and working with our Customers
    • Develop and maintain good communications and relationships while working with various Stakeholders and Customers to manage relationships and deliver solutions to help maintain our facilities across site
    • Controlling, monitoring and auditing various minor, reactive and planned works, duties will include acting as a responsible person throughout various scopes of work
    • Reviewing and approving safe systems of work documentation through to submission

    skills and experiences:

    Essential:

    • Safety management, preferably to NEBOSH General Certificate
    • Competency in SAP
    • Competency in Windows programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.)

    Desirable:

    • Problem solving and trouble shooting
    • Experience with managing Subcontractors
    • Ability to prioritise tasks
    • Competency in measuring KPI's and SLA's under contract

    The Sites and Facilities Team:

    As a S&F Professional you will be part of a large department that is responsible for the upkeep of the site through reactive and planned maintenance and enabling minor project progression in a timely manner. You will be operating in a dynamic and people orientated role liaising directly with key Stakeholders, varying other business Teams and on-site Contractors.
