    Role purpose


    To produce creative and effective storytelling to support internal communications and to drive the strategic priorities of the business.


    As Junior Content Producer, you will play a crucial role in enhancing and maintaining effective communication within the organisation. We are shifting away from function-led communications in order to deliver simple and streamlined comms focused on key moments and priorities, drive channel adoption and usage, and create consistency in our conversations with employees across the company.


    This role is integral to how we develop and produce internal storytelling (graphic, moving image and written) to showcase what we do, and which brings Vodafone and industry news to life for our internal audiences.


    You will be responsible for developing and executing internal communication campaigns and ensuring that employees are well-informed and engaged. Your role will involve working as part of a team and collaborating with cross-functional teams, advising on what makes compelling content, and leveraging various communication tools. You will provide technical knowledge around internal content and storytelling.


    What you'll do



    • Keep our people informed on relevant news and key information through impactful and powerful storytelling

    • Engage our people through their preferred content styles, formats and channels, leading to improved metrics demonstrating engagement

    • Identify and create internal storytelling opportunities that supports the strategic priorities that speaks to all employees, and allows for market adoption as required

    • Content must tell the story in an engaging way and may be static or moving. It should tell stories in a language that is easily understood, taking complex ideas, and making them simple and compelling.

    • The candidate should be able to develop creative ideas to bring a story to life, using Adobe Creative Cloud and our in-house Studio to create engaging content.

    • This role is for a creative-minded person who can work across multiple skill sets to bring to life internal stories to a good standard. Through research, ideation and execution taking stakeholders on the creative journey.


    Who you are



    • Adobe Creative Cloud, skills in Premiere Pro, After Effects,Photoshop and Illustrator.

    • Experience shooting with various video equipment from 4k cameras, DSLRs or even smartphones. (advantageous)

    • Knowledge of correct audio recording and lighting techniques (advantageous)

    • Fluent and exceptional written and verbal English

    • 1 – 3 years experience in Internal communications, brand, creative direction, content execution, in-house or agency side.

    • Ability to meet deadlines, and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.

    • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.

    • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships within the team.

    • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
