    Join Our Team as a Change Management Consultant!

    Location: Hatfield (2-3 days a week are required on site)

    Contract Type: Day Rate Contractor

    Start Date: June 2024

    Duration: 4 to 6 months

    Are you a seasoned Change Management Consultant ready to make an impact? We're seeking a dynamic individual to join our team and drive change delivery for our HCM and data projects. As a Day Rate Contractor, you'll have the opportunity to showcase your expertise in change management while working on exciting Workday and data transformation projects.

    In this role you will;

    • Craft Tailored Strategies: Develop and implement a comprehensive change management strategy, custom-tailored to meet the diverse needs of specific user groups.
    • Enhance Stakeholder Engagement: Review and enhance existing impact assessments to understand the implications of change on various stakeholder groups. Establish effective communication channels to ensure their involvement and buy-in throughout the project deployment process.
    • Empower User Personas: Create robust guidance documentation and training programs to empower different user personas with the knowledge and skills required to navigate the system effectively.
    • Foster Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the project team to anticipate and address potential resistance to change, fostering a culture of openness and collaboration.
    • Evaluate and Adjust: Monitor progress and evaluate the effectiveness of change management initiatives, making adjustments as necessary to achieve project objectives.
    • Provide Strategic Insights: Offer insightful recommendations for future development based on user feedback, ensuring continuous improvement.
    • Keep Leadership Informed: Provide regular updates to senior management regarding the status of change management activities and key milestones achieved.
    • Coach and Upskill: Coach and upskill the People Operations team in change methodologies, contributing to the overall organisational capability in change management.

    What we're looking for;

    • Proven Experience: Demonstrated experience in change management roles, preferably within the context of enterprise system implementations or process re-engineering projects.
    • Change Management Expertise: Strong understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and best practices.
    • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.
    • Leadership Abilities: Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
    • System Experience: Experience with Workday is highly desirable.
