  • Supporting the Facilities Management Team across all work streams

  • Obtaining information from stakeholders for work order progression
  • Support to audits and inspections
  • Performing onsite go/look/sees, when appropriate, at the workface to determine work order requirements
  • Demonstrating SHE awareness when onsite

    Salary: £34,000+ depending on experience

    What you'll be doing:

    Your skills and experiences:

    Essential:

    • Good Safety Awareness
    • Facilities Management
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel especially)
    • Good all round communications skills (written and verbal)

    Desirable:

    • Construction Background
    • SAP competency
    • NEBOSH

    The Site and Facilities team:

    As a S&F Advisor, you will be part of a large department that is responsible for the upkeep and maintenance of the site, to enable projects progression in a timely manner. You will be operating in a dynamic and people orientated role, performing on site visits across the Yard and liaising directly with, key Stakeholders, varying other business Teams and on-site Contractors. This role will allow candidates with great interpersonal skills to thrive and will present progression opportunities to those who achieve in this role.
