  • Plan, manage and control assigned projects and the production of relevant project deliverables and artefacts
  • Develop and manage a detailed project schedule / workplan
  • Identify project risks and issues, escalating where appropriate, in a timely manner
  • Manage the expectations and satisfaction of the stakeholders through continuous engagement
  • Establish effective governance processes, boards and steering groups within the project team and across business stakeholders
  • Develop and distribute timely progress status reporting with key metrics to appropriate stakeholders

  • Communicate with openness, honesty and respect in all situations and be adept at conflict resolution and direction setting

    As a Project Manager you will have the opportunity to champion a variety of multiple projects across our firm. You will bring your project management skills, knowledge and expertise to manage projects with a flexible approach. This role will require you hit the ground running and deal with ambiguity at any given stage within the project lifecycle. You will build strong relationships with your stakeholders, understand their strategic direction, processes and requirements to become their trusted advisor on all elements of delivery and act as an extension to their team. You will have experience of working in an agile environment with multiple stakeholders at varying levels of seniority and equally be able to adopt and adapt to traditional project management approaches as required, to support the business' objectives. With a can-do attitude, you will be accountable for delivering your projects, working independently in the service area you are aligned too, to achieve success.

    • Good commercial awareness and experience of managing budgets and resource utilisation
    • Very well structured and organized and able to respond to changing priorities
    • Analytical and flexible with the ability to rapidly understand ambiguous and complex concepts
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
    • Ability to take and understand the commitment to deliver the project on time through the use of Agile tools, the value of metrics and incremental delivery
    • Having the aptitude to solve problems and support others within the team
    • Ability to work independently and within a team
    • Ability to demonstrate initiative and proactiveness
    • Professional qualification in either Prince 2 or Agile Project Management
