    Essential:

    • Experience of the UK life insurance industry
    • Experience of leading transformations projects and the realisation of commercial benefits
    • Track record of leading within a multi-disciplinary model ability to apply your knowledge in practical and commercial situations
    • Setting an example for people of the behaviours expected of a professional at Deloitte
    • Being able to develop people on your team

    Desirable:

    • Strong understanding of actuarial and technology trends in the global life insurance market
    • Market leadership in at least one of Finance and Actuarial transformation or Internal Capital model

    Regulation and controls are standard practice in our industry and Deloitte is no exception. These controls provide important legal protection for both you and the firm.
