  • This role is key in designing, delivering and supporting complex, high-visibility Deloitte Private strategic initiatives as identified throughout the year to deliver on Deloitte Private objectives. Some examples could include: Globalizing priority market offerings for the private market, supporting signature client programs, designing and executing leadership development programs, etc.
  • In close collaboration with multiple stakeholders and Deloitte Private initiative owners, lead and/or support the development of strategic perspectives on Deloitte Private market segments in key geographies and sectors, opportunity identification and prioritization, member firm and regional alignment and other activities that help realize global strategies
  • Develop content for a high volume of presentations and reports for the DTTL CEO, Executive, Global Growth Executive/Council, Global Deloitte Private Executive, Deloitte Private Leadership and other high-profile leadership events as required
  • Lead program management and core team coordination activities, including working with initiative leads to establish clear workplan and monitor progress against weekly, annual and multi-year plans
  • Lead and/or support qualitative and quantitative analysis, concepts, frameworks and story board to advise senior leadership on delivering a measurable impact in focus areas, including investments
  • Support the development and execution of change management plans and communication toolkits to assist member firms and functions in rolling out Deloitte Private initiatives
  • Liaise with other Global Growth team members and broader Deloitte Private community to share leading practices

    Part of the core leadership support team, responsible for a broad range of project or initiative leadership duties on behalf of senior leaders in the organization. Coordinates strategy, plans initiatives, manages project/initiative work teams on a day-to-day basis, sets and organizes agendas, and communicates to key stakeholders and executive leadership regarding projects/initiatives.

    • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in related field required; advanced degree from a top school preferred
    • Proven relevant experience
    • Strong strategic and critical thinking skills to identify interdependencies between issues, data, and outcomes; clear understanding of how moving pieces come together to build the big picture
    • Strong project management and time management skills; ability to work independently under pressure, and on multiple assignments while maintaining top quality deliverables
    • Exceptional ability to prepare executive ready materials that “tell-the-story” succinctly and logically; ability to flex the communication and messaging to the audience and context
    • Outstanding research and analytical skills: ability to synthesize large amounts of quantitative and qualitative data and integrate into meaningful reports and recommendations
    • Mastery of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) with strong attention to detail and best in class deliverables
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
    • Prior experience with Global and/or Member Firm financial and pipeline tools preferred (i.e. CIR, Jupiter, etc.)
    • Capable of building effective working relationships with internal stakeholders across multiple business areas, functions, and geographies
    • Ability to design and deliver a holistic approach around people, process, and technology within the right strategic context, and lead all aspects of the project life cycle from concept to delivery
    • Comfortable with creating reasonable structure to meet the objectives of the task at hand in ambiguous environment often with limited information
    • Ability to multi-task and deliver on portions of multiple projects in a fast-paced, intense, results-oriented environment
    • High degree of endurance, responsiveness, and flexibility to work through multiple iterations of work and quickly adapt to constantly varying priorities and subject matter
    • Ability to navigate a global, matrixed, and mostly virtual environment for effective outcome
    • Experience with the Best Managed Companies program and/ or Entrepreneur Summit is an asset
