    Join us as a Technology Vendor Manager

    What you'll do

    You'll be responsible for the vendor management of our key partner and making sure the delivery is in line with wider programme plans and controls.

    You'll also:

    • Work with the Product Management and Delivery functions to ensure that Vodeno are delivering the required software in line with Agile milestones and against a budget set out in our contractual relationship
    • Track issues and progress with a view to facilitating resolution involving others as needed
    • Coordinate teams across Product, Engineering, Design, Commercial, Go-to-market within Vodeno and NatWest Boxed assisting with meeting coordination and issue escalation
    • Recommend process improvement to make the relationship work better

    The skills you'll need

    You'll need strong experience and understand of UK Fintech - ideally within an embedded finance or BaaS context

    You'll also need:

    • Proven experience with managing key outsource partners
    • Strong coordination, planning, project management and admin skills
    • Ability to communicate clearly and succinctly at all levels of the organisation knowing who to involve at the right time and when to escalate issues
    • Able to support Finance in tracking vendor budget forecast and actual spend
    • Agile and current technology ways of working expertise and confidence to recommend process improvements to accelerate delivery and facilitate the removal or roadblocks
    • Firm but fair approach with suppliers and internal teams - ensuring that teams collaborate to meet working obligations in line with the Supply Agreement - an ability to spot and correct bad behaviours in order to ensure a good working relationship
    • Bright outlook and ability to keep team spirits high
