The Cost Performance team:
As a Senior Management Accountant, you'll be working alongside a small dynamic team reporting directly to the Finance Manager, you'll dive into stimulating discussions surrounding costs, budgets, forecasts, and overheads. With a focus on internal stakeholders including the Financial Planning & Analysis leadership team, internal finance, and the Naval Ships function, your impact will be felt across the organisation. Attending review meetings with budget holders and senior leadership, shaping strategic decisions that drive the business forward.
