  • Leading on the design and execution of a comprehensive and integrated communications and engagement plan, that focuses on enhancing the community experience for CREs and CAMs, drawing in best practice from across the firm and communicating it in a clear and actionable way
  • Supporting the enhancement, roll-out, and evaluation of a world-class and bespoke Learning and Development Programme, working with the Learning Department,internal teams, and third party learning providers
  • Assessing and developing new activities to enhance the CRE and CAM community including initiatives to share best practice, including leading the Programmes ‘Communities of Practice' initiative, aligned to the firms Strategic Growth Opportunities (SGOs)
  • Building your own networks, developing and maintaining strong relationships with key internal stakeholders including the CREs, CAMs, industry teams, offshore support team and business line teams to ensure connectivity across the business and identifying ways to better support the CREs in their roles and promote their impact
  • Plan and deliver communications such as emails, webinars (drawing in experts to provide content),events, and bespoke training sessions designed to inspire and engage our client development community
  • Collate and curate stories of impact from across the programme to demonstrate ROI and articulate where CREs and CAMs are supporting clients in moments that matter
  • Monitor and adapt activities and initiatives based on feedback and to deliver impactful results

    Join an exciting and growing team and play a critical role working alongside our Client Relationship Executives (CREs) and Client Account Managers (CAMs) as they develop relationships with our priority clients.

    This varied role will focus on enabling a team of CREs in the UK and offshore CAMs (based in Hyderabad, India) to perform their roles to the best of their ability – working with the Programme Lead to coordinate a world class programme, lead communications and engagement workstreams, work with learning colleagues to enhance an established L&D programme, and liaise with global counterparts to draw in best practice.

    You will be part of the central Relationship and Account management team andcarry out key activities to support a growing and business-critical team.

    Key responsibilities include:

    We are looking for candidates that are experienced in programme management, marketing and L&D roles, with a passion for client excellence and a focus on delivery excellent results

    Essential

    • Excellent communication skills and a confident communicator (verbal, written, presentation skills). Comfortable working with senior stakeholders, confident to challenge the status quo
    • Strong project management skills, with a track record of executing projects and initiatives to tight deadlines, thinking strategically as well as having an eye on the detail
    • Successful networker, an individual with a passion for making connections
    • Passionate about driving stronger, deeper client relationships for the firm
    • Proactive, looking for opportunities to continuously develop and improve Relationship and Account Management Programme activities
    • Excellent capabilities with Deloitte's applications, systems (including MS Teams, OneDrive, Office, Salesforce)
    • Knowledge of how firms such as Deloitte and other global professional services firms work, the range of services provided and how client relationships are developed

    Desirable

    • Marketing/Business Development/Communications & Engagement experience preferred
    • Experience of designing and delivering communications, invitations and events for a senior audience
    • Experience of working within a professional services/partnership environment
    • Understanding of L&D Programmes
    • Facilitation experience
    • Experience of working cross border/internationally
