  • Work within the Operations community covering all Land (UK) sites to support in designing a fully integrated end-to-end production system / solution that enables best in class levels of Operational Efficiency
  • Develop, maintain and update Digital Reports and Analytics to drive improvements in Manufacturing efficiency, quality and costs (Industry 4.0, Data Capture, Data Analytics)
  • Collate and validate user requirements, generate data models and flows and define test procedures to allow for successful implementation of Digital Manufacturing Production systems
  • Identify Future Technologies that align to the businesses Connected Enterprise Solution. Generate feasibility studies and align with Manufacturing Technology Roadmaps
  • Manage Projects and work closely with external suppliers and multiple internal functions – including IT, Engineering, Quality, Finance and HR

    What you'll be doing:

    Your skills and experiences:

    Essential:

    • A good knowledge and understanding of digital solutions within a manufacturing environment
    • Leading and working with teams across a multi project matrix organisation
    • Good Understanding of Industry 4.0 applications (Augmented Reality, Smart maintenance, smart factory, etc.)
    • Good experience with Analytics/Reporting
    • Strong understanding of IT systems, networks and industrial communication protocols

    Desirable:

    • A degree or equivalent qualification within a relevant engineering discipline
    • Project management experience
    • Experience in working with multidiscipline teams across various sites
