  • Manage SHE improvement projects as allocated & assist with SHE data gathering and reporting
  • Undertake accident, incident and near miss investigations, assist in raising safety awareness and improving safety culture on site
  • Develop and deliver SHE training courses and complete necessary training as required to support the role
  • Formulate and review site and Land UK SHE documents, including, risk assessments procedures, work instructions etc

    Job Title: SHE Advisor

    Location: Radway Green – We offer a range of hybrid and flexible working arrangements – please speak to your recruiter about the options for this particular role.

    Salary: £42,132 per annum – dependent on skills and experience

    What you'll be doing:

    · Support the maintenance and improvement of the site's SHE management systems, (for example ISO 45001, ISO 14001 certifications)

    Your skills and experiences:

    Essential:

    · Experience within a similar SHE role

    · High level of competence in using IT such as MS Office packages

    · Proven written and verbal communication skills including stakeholder interaction and document production

    · Able to interpret requirements of Regulations, Approved Codes of Practice and Guidance

    Desirable:

    · Experience completing similar role in a large manufacturing environment or similar complex sector

    · Experience of working on upper tier COMAH site or other high hazard sector

    · Degree in Safety & Health and/or hold a recognised equivalent Safety and Health Management qualification e.g. NEBOSH diploma or working towards it

    As a SHE Advisor you will work under direction of the site's SHE Manager and with the site's SHE Team in order to lead by example in all SHE matters.
