Reporting to the fintech's Head of Data Privacy and Regulatory Legal, you will be expected to review fintech products for legal compliance, negotiate commercial partnerships, advise on marketing campaigns (including IP, compliance, and data privacy aspects); advise on competitions, rewards, and programmes. You will sit in the fintech business directly, but with the full support of the wider HSBC Legal team.
