Responsibilities

  • Lead the day-to-day management of a Security Transformation business change portfolio and run a Transformation Programme Board to oversee progress of Transformation activities
  • Develop the strategy for business change for project/programmes and collaborate with other change teams to optimise alignment
  • Lead development of business change management plans and ensure business change management plans are properly integrated with project/programmes plans
  • Appropriately integrate and align Group-led security programmes with Sector-led improvement programmes
  • Embed business change strategies across the Security Function
  • Coach Project Sponsors and Project Managers on the Project and Business Change strategy for a project/programme
  • Collaborate with key project stakeholders to ensure an appropriate project business case and Project Management Plan is developed and approved
  • Manage benefits and develop metrics to track success/benefits at a Portfolio level
  • Develop a communications strategy to ensure Transformation is understood and stakeholders are engaged
  • Proactively identify the risks arising from business change management activities and ensure they are effectively managed within the project

    Job Title: Business Change Manager – Security Transformation

    Location: Preston or Frimley. We offer a range of hybrid and flexible working arrangements – please speak to your recruiter about the options for this particular role.

    Salary: £72,000+ Depending on skills and experience

    What you'll be doing:

    Your skills and experiences:

    Essential:

    • Experienced Business Change Manager; experience of leading business change programmes in a complex business
    • Managing relationships across a complex stakeholder community
    • Proven experience of creating a culture of business change within an organisation

    Desirable:

    • APM Project Management Qualification or equivalent
    • ICP3 graduate or progressing towards completion
    • CMI Change Management Practitioner (accredited by APMG) or equivalent
