What you Do Accompany Sales team on Client sites visit to understand business processes Discuss and analyse business requirements with clients, including current practices, augmentations and workarounds. Capture and communicate these to the Product team as additional information to shape the offering to the Client Maintain and advise Clients on how to integrate new features or products into existing Client systems Provide software integration consulting services to Clients Represent the Client at product and feature software discussions Run blueprinting sessions pre-contract to define software design document Understand and articulate OIA software products and solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences Work with Product to develop full software product descriptions , software interfaces, functionality and infrastructure requirements (Network, Hosting) Work with sales team to assess Client needs and produce SDD and joint reference architecture designs Carry out research and analysis with Clients, identify and quantify needs that a new or improved product could deliver for a specific Client. Carry out research and analysis with our Marketing team to identify and quantify needs that a new or improved product could deliver in specific identified markets Collaborate with Marketing to help to develop a quality suite of materials to support the Sales Playbook and create the right market propositions Evaluate and discuss new feature requests with Clients and represent their needs with OT Product as required Perform data analysis for clients, develop insights into the Client's usage , workflow and opportunities for our products Work with Product to provide documentation and technical guidance to ensure the technical success of Clients' integrations Work with Product , to ensure that Sales and our Clients are fully aware of what will be delivered and when it will be available (Clients - Companies looking to buy ASRS machines and other MHE) Who you are Essential: Software Solutions Architect experience Demonstrates a good knowledge of Automated Warehouse environments (Warehouse Management Systems, Warehouse Control Systems and Supply Chain Planning systems and their integrations) Experience working as a consultant or directly for technology companies, guiding and managing clients needs and requirements Able to clearly explain technical subjects and technologies Good client relationship and stakeholder management skills Excellent problem solving and strong analytical skills Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Can work cross-functionally and effectively with both internal and external teams Can adapt style and approach to different stakeholders, clients and situations Proven ability to deliver results and to manage competing priorities, in a fast paced environment Desirable: Strong commercial awareness Software development background Note, the holder of this role must be comfortable with travelling both domestically and internationally, as needed, to achieve success in this role.
