The Senior Director of Medical Strategy & Capabilities is a key role in driving the strategic direction and execution of transformation and organizational capability building initiatives across US Medical Affairs. This role will work closely with senior leaders, and TA/functional teams to design, implement, and monitor transformation and organizational capability building programs that increase US Medical Affairs organizational capabilities, transform ways of working, drive organizational effectiveness, enhance customer experience, and establish US Medical Affairs as a best-in-industry organization in a rapidly evolving pharmaceutical landscape. The Senior Director of Medical Strategy and Capabilities will also be responsible for developing and maintaining a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the organization.

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively articulate complex concepts and inspire others to action. Strong project management skills, with experience leading cross-functional teams and managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Passion for innovation, continuous learning, and driving positive change Ability to simplify complex concepts and communicate to diverse audiences. Proven ability to interpret customer needs as well as negotiation and influence skills Ability to produce concise and simple summaries of concepts and solutions
