    Job Title: Senior Communications Adviser (12month FTC)

    Location: Warton/ Samlesbury- We offer a range of hybrid and flexible working arrangements – please speak to your recruiter about the options for this particular role.

    Salary: £54,793+ depending on skills and experience

    What you'll be doing:

    • Collaborate with the Senior Communications Manager to develop and execute internal communications supporting FalconWorks® activities
    • Utilise creative storytelling to showcase our technological advancements and sustainability goals, engaging and inspiring our employees
    • Create and implement targeted employee-focused communication strategies within the Air sector
    • Coordinate and produce diverse content for internal activities, including sourcing video content and utilising various communication channels effectively
    • Offer professional advice to support key business objectives and foster relationships with internal stakeholders, including directors
    • Develop and execute communications plans aligned with business goals, organizing briefings and events to drive objectives forward

    Your skills and experiences:

    • Degree and/or relevant professional certificate or equivalent experience
    • Proven experience of working in an internal / employee communications role
    • A good understanding of core communications principles, techniques and skills particularly in content development
    • Ability to persuade and influence through effective communications
    • Excellent written and oral skills
    • Experience of working in large, complex organisations

This involves providing strategic advice to leadership, crafting engaging communication plans, and delivering creative content to ensure information is effectively conveyed to employees. By maintaining alignment between internal communications and business objectives, the team facilitates collaboration and engagement throughout the organization.
