    JOB TITLE: Campaign Manager

    SALARY: £38,000 - £42,000

    LOCATION(S): Halifax

    HOURS: Full time

    DURATION: 12-Month Fixed-Term Contract

    WORKING PATTERN: Our work style is hybrid, which involves spending at least two days per week, or 40% of our time, at our Halifax office.

    About this opportunity

    Working across our relationship brand(s) within the LBG portfolio, we're looking for an experienced Campaign Manager to support with the delivery of both conversion and customer engagement marketing activity within the Insurance Marketing Team, in order to achieve the agreed customer and commercial targets.

    The role will support in the delivery across a range of channels, from 1-2-1 direct marketing (direct mail and email) to digital channels (such as internet banking, display and PPC) – working with colleagues across the business, and internal; and external; agencies to deliver personalised campaigns to plan, on time and within budget.

    Continuous learning is important, helping in the development of strong test and learn strategies and performance analysis to develop campaigns over time and communicating these results to key collaborators.

    As Campaign manager, you'll need to:

    • Work closely with business units, the wider marketing team, and the agency portfolio to develop and complete campaign plans.
    • Deliver sophisticated delivery plans across a range of channels, from 1-2-1 direct marketing (direct mail and email) to digital channels (such as internet banking assets, display and PPC).
    • Develop Performance dashboards and defining actions to build marketing contribution.
    • Supervise campaign performance and external market factors to continually review and refine plans and drive the best possible results.
    • Analyse results and draw valuable and practical insight and communicate these across a wider partner group.
    • Leverage new conversion technology / capability as it comes on board, to consistently improve performance and ensure accurate and effective day to day budget management

    What you'll need

    • Proven marketing experience, preferably in a large-scale complex conversion area
    • Experience of working with internal business units and external agencies.
    • Strong partner leadership skills, the ability to clearly articulate plans.
    • Experience of marketing communications development.
    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to work at pace and under pressure
    • Experience of marketing communications development.
    • The ability to take ownership of tests and project plans.
