    Job description

    Here's how you'll make a difference:

    • Form part of the senior test management team supporting core FNZ platform delivery alongside digital UI/UX
    • Define the test Non-Functional strategy and implement solutions focused on increasing the pace of change
    • Support functional testing when required (e.g. holiday cover for Functional test list)
    • Lead a team/suppliers, providing a full suite of Non-Functional services Embark and be responsible for achieving incremental improvements, proactive identification and alerting of issues, self-management/healing, and effective management information to support future investments
    • You'll input into the decision-making on how funds are spent, investments are made, and colleagues recruited to deliver maximum value
    • Be a trusted advisor, utilising your technical knowledge and experience to support teams to define their test strategy
    • Have strong experience of a Test First approach coupled with a “Continuous Automation delivery method”, to maximise speed and assurance of delivery
    • Lead a team of Engineers supporting their personal skills development to ensure they are highly effective, motivated, and develop emerging technical skills to support new initiatives
    • Be a strong advocate of the Quality Engineering Chapter/Guild, demonstrating leadership and fostering engagement across the Payments Services Platform Quality Engineering Community

    What we need from you:

    • Strong Quality Engineering background and understanding of agile and non-agile development practices; automated builds, continuous integration, code quality metrics, configuration management, etc.
    • Operational Risk Management experience
    • Understanding of Cyber Security expectations
    • Experience in providing Quality Engineering oversight, technical leadership and setting the direction
    • Experience in following: (Prav to complete with skills he needs)
    • Performance Center / Loadrunner - Enterprise script creation, test execution and high level transactional monitoring
    • CA DevTest - Virtual servicing
    • Jmeter - Script Creation
    • Dynatrace - Infrastructure and Application Performance monitoring
    • Postman - Script / Connectivity testing
    • Software as a Service offerings
    • Experience across the entire development lifecycle from inception, through build to production
    • Ability to develop colleagues through stretching technical and personal development plans
    • Passion for coaching other software and quality engineers whilst building a strong team culture
