    Why this job matters

    As an Inside Account Manager you will assist in driving sales performance as well as managing customer accounts through frequent and meaningful interactions. You will carefully plan and forecast to ensure the best return on investment. This role is B2B and you will be responsible for multiple accounts at one time. This means you will know how to prioritise, ensuring your accounts and customers are well managed and cared for.

    What we expect to see on your CV

    • 1-2 years experience in a sales role would be ideal (or in a similar field such as recruitment etc.)
    • Track record of delivering to targets, with accurate forecasting and consistent delivery.
    • Ability to deal with challenging customer situations, owning problems and delivering resolutions.
    • Strong interpersonal skills working with both internal and external teams.
    • A positive, can-do attitude.
