Responsibilities

  • Driving targeted improvements to the completion and quality of data held within JIRA driving efficiencies in source systems and offline document completion
  • Supporting the Strategic Dashboards and Insights manager to deliver robust and timely dashboards and upward reporting relating to the performance of PODs,
  • Developing governance and controls that ensure the robustness of all the content being tracked and reported
  • Coordinating reporting ensuring all reports are executed in a flawless manner whilst placing our colleagues at the heart of activity
  • Delivering quality data and analytical insights, and drive continuous feedback loops to enhance learning as well as feedback through targeted Agile SME interventions
  • Utilising various communications mediums, ensuring the channel is appropriate and maximises audience participation and engagement

    Strategic Dashboard and Insights Analyst

    As a Barclays Strategic Dashboard and Insights Analyst, you'll be accountable for supporting the delivery of a number of new JIRA dashboards that support the ongoing move towards Agile ways of working in PODs, allowing the measurement of capability performance and cultural transformation, with a focus on the embedment of a JIRA dashboarding factory and ongoing improvements in the quality of data held in JIRA. In this role, you'll also support the upward reporting of key performance insights driven by the dashboards at a Board/BUK ExCo level.

    What will you be doing?

    What we're looking for:

    • Experience in using Jira

    • Analytical and data analytics - taking data and understanding what they're saying

    • Project management experience

    • Experience dealing with senior stakeholders

    Skills that will help you in the role:

    • Agile/Safe experience or qualifications

    • JIRA - advance roadmaps experience

    • Experience in a reporting role

    • Knowledge of BUK and the BUK Pod & EP structure

    Where will you be working?

    London:

    In the heart of Canary Wharf, our headquarters at Churchill Place boasts onsite amenities such as; a gym, staff restaurant and deli bar, and is easily accessible by tube and bus links. With a population of around 5000 staff the atmosphere is second to none with a real buzz being created around the offices within.

    Northampton:

    Northampton was the birthplace of Barclaycard in 1966 and we've been based in Pavilion Drive since the building opened in 1997. This state-of-the art energy efficient building holds up to 2,500 staff. The office location is perfect for travel from the midlands and London alike as we are based just off the A45, it is easily accessible by both car and bus routes.

    Glasgow:

    Our new state-of-the-art Campus, right in the heart of Glasgow is a hub of creative collaboration. A place where everyone can bring their true selves to work and reach their full potential.
