    JOB TITLE: Marketing Operations Manager, Merchant Services

    SALARY: £73,500 - £96,000 (dependent on location & experience)

    LOCATIONS: Basildon / London / Birmingham / Bristol / Edinburgh

    HOURS: Full-Time

    WORKING PATTERN: Our work style is hybrid, which involves spending at least two days per week, or 40% of our time, in the office.

    About This Opportunity

    Lloyds Bank Merchant Services works with a wide variety of customer segments across SME to enterprise, vertical sectors and diverse products. We're now looking for a Digital Marketing Operations Manager to power our demand generation programmes. You'll be driving the transformation and acceleration of growth marketing initiatives for one of the fastest growing businesses within Lloyds.

    Reporting to the Head of Marketing, Merchant Services, you'll work in an agile, hard-working and sophisticated environment. With a data-driven approach you'll drive and complete the digital transformation of the way we engage with customers and new business.

    This is a complex role involving the implementation and management of marketing and CRM systems as well as our website estate, agile management of our performance marketing initiatives to drive growth, deliver on a digital infrastructure roadmap for our business and build and implement marketing reporting. You'll use your excellent partnering skills to collaborate with multiple stakeholders across the Group as not all assets and programmes lie within the Merchant Services unit.

    You'll be responsible for:

    • Setting up, managing and delivering on an optimised impactful digital customer engagement and marketing infrastructure with a clear digital roadmap to scale pipeline growth and revenue.
    • Ensure the implementation and monitoring of all digital inbound campaigns with clear campaign activation plans to show path to revenue generation.
    • Be the technical lead for the linkage between marketing automation and our CRM systems.
    • Ability to understand and implement multi-channel campaigns including organic and paid acquisition, set up customer engagement cycles, lead further programmes and know what's the industry best in class for a growth marketing programme.
    • Collaborate with multiple partners within Merchant Services such as sales, customer success, product and GTM marketing as well as the brand marketing and digital teams to ensure a sharp demand gen focused plan is implemented for Merchant Services.
    • Collaborate with customer engagement teams to set up a clear digital engagement cycle for our customers. Setting up of welcome, retention and upsell cycles that are built around repetitive, automated and personalised engagement journeys.
    • Ability to analyse metrics from multiple sources as web, paid social, search, organic, campaigns, events, webinars and more and develop meaningful reporting dashboards.
    • Build a clear reporting structure with measurement tools, processes to show clear indicators and metrics for all marketing activities.

    What You'll Need

    • Relevant experience in a FinTech / SaaS based scale up business which has focused on digital demand generation
    • Expertise in HubSpot or Salesforce Marketing Cloud
    • Strong expertise marketing operations with commercial operations.
    • Proven expertise in performance marketing.
    • Data driven with ability to present complex data into business reports and deliver insights using analytics.
    • Ability to work with a matrix reporting structure.

    And Any Experience Of These Would Be Really Useful

    • Experience of being part of a RevOps function
    • Great Knowledge of Salesforce CRM or equivalent CRM systems
    • Experience of other MarTech
    • Experience in paid acquisition
    • Experience in lead nurture and setting up of customer lifecycle marketing/communications
