  • Develop and implement a measure of content effectiveness to be able to quantifiably measure improvement in content over time
  • Embrace omnichannel, data-driven marketing customer experience principles, in content creation, tailoring content for certain customer segments where appropriate
  • Foster brilliant relationships with internal stakeholders and external experts to shape the respiratory medicine's content strategy and execution

  • Understand the time challenges our NHS customers are under and develop engaging and interactive content of various durations and formats

    In this role, you will own the end-to-end content development process, ensuring that world-class content is shaped by internal and external stakeholders, to deliver highly engaging and compelling narratives for execution at a National level.

    In this role you will

    Basic Qualifications & Skills:

    We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:

    • Proven track record of delivering of innovative data-driven omnichannel user journeys that take customers on a journey to achieve brand objectives
    • Strong knowledge of and experience in brand marketing, including campaign development and digital execution
    • Experienced with applying the ABPI code of practice to pharmaceutical promotional materials, governance and standard operating practices in a pharma LOC environment
    • Demonstrated ability to effectively work in a matrix team environment (i.e. Copy Approval Team, brand marketing, sales, training, medical, insights, etc.) and expert in Content Lab
    • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to compose promotional materials in a clear, concise, and engaging manner
    • High level of autonomy - able to leverage internal network for knowledge, input and support

    Preferred Qualifications & Skills:

    • Excellent organisation skills - ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks based on business objectives and timelines
    • Curious, eager to learn
    • Self-driven, action oriented
    • Customer-focussed (HCPs, patients) with a keen interest in understanding behaviour
    • Experienced with setting KPIs and tracking the impact of promotional campaigns
    • Knowledge of the COPD therapy area
