  • You will have the opportunity to shape the direction in which we take the design community going forward to ensure we have the correct governance and documentation in place
  • You'll have the responsibility of developing & identifying all Topic Manuals, Process Instructions, Technical Department Instructs etc. across each Designer domain and programme which are required to under pin the actives undertaken by the Designer Community
  • This will also see you take charge of Identifying & managing missing processes and process improvements which are required to existing documentation
  • Being proactive in highlighting, correcting & communicating compliance issue along with major updates to any documentation into the Designer community ensuring Learning from Experience is captured
  • You will have exposure in liaising and working with Internal and External stakeholders, ensuring all parties are informed of process and progress

    Salary: From £56,000 + Depending on your skills and experiences

    What you'll be doing:

    Your skills and experiences:

    • Degree qualified OR have equivalent experience
    • Engineering background with knowledge of Governance and Process Assurance
    • Be confident communicating with Stakeholders of all levels

    The Engineering Manager – Process Assurance & Governance:

    Your goal within this role is to provide governance and adherences of the process and policies across the multiple programmes which underpin & controls the daily activities & deliverables of the Designer Community. Working within a Team of 7 supporting across the various programmes from legacy to new.
