    JOB TITLE: eCommerce Manager - Investments

    LOCATIONS: Leeds

    SALARY: £56,421 +

    HOURS: Full time

    WORKING PATTERN: Our work style is hybrid, which involves spending at least two days per week, or 40% of our time, at one of our hub locations.

Our team supports both Investments and Pensions within the Chief Customer & Distribution Office which are part of the Insurance, Pensions & Investments (IP&I) business unit.     This role presents an opportunity to lead a virtual team across multiple business areas, the Digital eCommerce Manager works collaboratively to deliver against our plans, finding opportunities to transform customer experiences by delivering improvements and solving business problems. Our work involves close collaboration with product, marketing, and feature teams, to help deliver value for our customers and the business.

    • Learning about the business environment we operate in, consumer trends, market insight and technology developments?

    What you'll do in this role...

    • Drive business performance by understanding customer needs, generating demand and removing friction through our digital customer journeys.
    • Empower a virtual team of specialists from across various teams to seek out and tackle problems to drive value for customers.
    • Collaborate with change delivery teams will be essential to ensure benefits are realised and future investment is secured for strategic priorities.
    • Capturing and analysing data about customers, competitors, and current openings in the market to recommend educate and measure steps to achieve business growth.
    • Encourage teams with your energy and passion, with a focus on collaboration.

    What you'll need

    • To be data driven and use evidence-based decision-making to explain 'why'.
    • The ability to think creatively, to add new and exciting initiatives to the optimisation backlog.
    • Be comfortable working with and sometimes having to challenge senior colleagues from across the Group.
    • To be curious, with an appetite for learning new skills & capabilities.
    • Influence without authority, trusting and empowering the team.
