Responsibilities

  • Provide advice to Supply Chain/Property on physical security projects and requirements related to suppliers or outsource partners.
  • Complete physical security reviews as part of a cyclical review programme on all Vodafone locations, the frequency dependent on criticality and security category
  • Provide regular reporting on 3rd party security providers to ensure maintenance of certifications and third-party service level agreements.
  • Represent Vodafone at the commissioning of all security works services involving any aspect of the Vodafone estate.
  • Advise projects as required on all aspects of preventative security controls relating to individual projects and provide resolutions to security issues as appropriate.
  • Provide physical security review of high-risk personnel's private residence if requested. Make recommendations on improvement opportunities and suppliers of security products.
  • As directed, carry out a Duty Manager role as part of an ongoing rota to provide securing management outside standard business hours. (Stand-by Duties)

    Who you are


    Demonstrate an understanding of security equipment and principles including a sound knowledge of current protective techniques within the commercial and retail environments.
    Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
    Ability to screened to SC level
    Experienced in providing Executive Production reviews, providing concise and accurate feedback to the “principle”.
    Able to deliver event security reviews. Use of Microsoft office products and ensure the business receives the correct level of protection to brand and personnel.
    Ability to self-start and work unsupervised on own for long periods.
    Desired
    Experience in internal audit, project management and a strong understanding of ISO 27001
    Ability to prioritise and deliver accurate results to tight deadlines.
