    Responsibilities include the following:

    • Bachelors' Degree (or equivalent) in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance or other business related field.
    • Proven related work experience in risk management or crisis management or prior working experience for a professional services organization in the areas of crisis management, risk resiliency, crisis management, incident response preferred.
    • Quality-oriented, with robust organization, analytical, critical thinking, and decision-making skills; attention to detail and continuous improvement mindset a must
    • Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to frame, evaluate and address complex issues quickly
    • Easily adaptable to change and capable of setting new strategic direction in short amount of time
    • Strong technical and organizational skills
    • Ability to deliver under pressure and provide informed responses to leadership in short timeframes
    • Ability to handle sensitive leadership information with utmost confidentiality
    • Ability to work productively both independently and/or remotely as well as in a virtual team environment
    • Proficient Microsoft Office skills, strong knowledge of PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
