The Finance team:
This role will report directly into the Finance Director for the Air COO business and will provide Finance Business Partnering support to the Integrated Operations area within the COO. The Air COO lies at the ‘heart' of the Air Sector business and has c.7,000 employees who provide both Operational and Functional services across the sector, ensuring we deliver our customer contracts to time, quality and cost. Within the Air COO business there are 5 operational Service Delivery Units (SDU's) covering Manufacturing, Engineering, Support and Services, Procurement, and Technology & Infrastructure. The role will help integrate and drive the overall Performance Framework across the COO, ensuring there is consistency and standardisation in approach. This will involve leading and managing a small team in the provision of high level information and business analysis to drive the strategy, operational performance and improvement plans.
