  • Conduct regular reviews of the investment portfolio, challenge the status quo, and drive informed decision-making about portfolio priorities
  • Define, create and manage a multi-year strategic investment plan and make sure that it incorporates requirements of the budget, as well as cost benefits
  • Drive decision making around the construction and resourcing of portfolios in collaboration with the relevant senior colleague, leveraging effective thought leadership to secure key outcomes or articulate key messages
  • Define and manage Customer Journey scorecards (OKRs/KPIs) to facilitate performance management, and supporting the Head of Transformation to showcase performance at Bankwide Customer Journey Forum
  • Explore productivity measures and opportunities to support transformation ambition, working with Finance teams to reflect in Budget planning

    What you'll do

    In your new role, you'll provide investment planning, transformation portfolio and design services, while partnering with a range of stakeholders to make sure an effective pipeline view of investment requirements is maintained, used, and kept under regular review. You'll also make sure that the delivery of the project outcomes and services from the projects meets its various committed and strategic objectives.

    It'll also be up to you to:

    The skills you'll need

    To take on this role, you'll need to hold an appropriate portfolio management qualification or certification.

    You'll also need:

    • Knowledge and experience of portfolio management theories, models and practices
    • Experience in investigating, synthesising and presenting complex problems to senior stakeholders for decision making
    • Strong presentation and numeracy skills
    • Demonstrable experience in combining impactful analysis with insightful narrative
