    Join us as a Financial Crime Investigations Manager at NatWest Boxed

    • Day-to-day, you'll coach and support team members to manage financial crime risks while meeting agreed service levels across each of the financial crime pillars
    • You'll support the reporting of information to relevant stakeholders
    • With significant exposure, you'll act as the senior point of contact for the team

    What you'll do

    As a Financial Crime Investigations Manager, you'll lead a team to make sure that your business area fully understands the financial crime related risks associated with our customers. You'll train and support the team appropriately and efficiently manage the workload.

    Your role will also involve:

    • Initiating and driving forward medium sized, relatively complex improvements with minimum support

    The skills you'll need

    To succeed in this role, you'll need relevant experience in a financial-crime-related team, as well as experience of conducting investigations regarding customer behaviour and risk.

    • Good attention to detail and excellent record keeping
    • The ability to work creatively and on multiple queries simultaneously
    • Strong people management skills
