    Title: Managers, Consumer and Retail

    Job Description:

    Manage a dedicated workstream within a project working alongside other A&M professionals on complex assignments that range from holistic cross-functional transformations, functional performance improvement, interim management and M&A assistance with a clear focus on quickly identifying high impact opportunities for EBITDA expansion and drive shareholder/company value. Oversee a team of Associates and provide guidance and support to ensure successful project execution. Act as the main point of contact for clients, conducting regular meetings and presentations to update them on the progress of the project. Lead workshops and presentations to gather client requirements and provide strategic recommendations based on the analysis conducted by the team. Collaborate with clients to understand their business operations, including cost structures and ongoing capital expenditure requirements. Quantify key opportunities and risks associated with the project and deliver high quality reports and recommendations. Identify performance gaps and improvement opportunities, and work closely with the team to develop and implement effective solutions. Foster strong client relationships by understanding their organizational culture, political environment, and stakeholder agendas. Ensure the delivery of exceptional client service by effectively managing client expectations and addressing any concerns or issues that may arise. Domestic travel up to approx. 50% of time.

    Minimum Requirements:

    Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent in Business, Management, Economics, Finance, or related and minimum 1 year of experience in any occupation of analyst or associate level management consulting experience. Experience must include working on consulting projects with a financial and operational focus; synthesize meaningful insights from data, opinions, or facts; performing analysis and identifying implications; assisting with proposal development for presenting to c-suite executives; utilizing Power BI, Alteryx, and Tableau; facilitating workshops and training sessions for client organizations; financial modeling and analysis to assess the financial impact of proposed strategies and initiatives; and presenting findings to clients.
