  • Commercial Due Diligence, Value Creation Planning, Post-Merger Integration and Performance Improvement Implementation
  • Advising and implementing commercially focused performance improvement programs for large PE portfolio companies across a wide range of industry sectors
  • Work to ensure that our CDD reports are realized in full and in the shortest possible time with a clear path to deliver the discussed value, cost reduction and the identified quick wins
  • Support delivery of projects with PE owned companies to improve their commercial performance and implement go-to-market strategies

    A&M's Private Equity Performance Improvement practice focuses on serving upper middle market and large cap private equity firms who have engaged A&M to diligence potential acquisition targets in pre-deal situations as well as help improve operating results at their portfolio companies. Our area of expertise is integrated pre-deal due diligence assistance and supporting performing companies to deliver a growth strategy as well as supporting under-performing with a need to reorganize or take costs out. Working directly with company management, A&M helps stabilize financial and operational performance by developing and implementing comprehensive profitability and working capital improvement measures.

    As a Senior Associate you will manage the following key responsibilities, supported by the European Private Equity Performance Improvement team:

    Commercial Due Diligence, Value Creation Planning, Post-Merger Integration and Performance Improvement Implementation

    Advising and implementing commercially focused performance improvement programs for large PE portfolio companies across a wide range of industry sectors

    Work to ensure that our CDD reports are realized in full and in the shortest possible time with a clear path to deliver the discussed value, cost reduction and the identified quick wins

    Support delivery of projects with PE owned companies to improve their commercial performance and implement go-to-market strategies

    The ideal candidate will possess:

    Experience in Commercial Due Diligence

    Consulting experience (relevant experience in industry is a plus)

    Excellent University degree
