Benefits Analyst (HR)

Working as part of the EMEA Benefits team, the Benefits Analyst has responsibility for administering A&M benefit programs in Europe, the Middle East and Cayman Islands. This is an exciting role within a fast-growing organisation and one that will provide the opportunity for growth and development. A&M provides employer sponsored health, insurance, wellness and pension programs.
The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial organisation and with some autonomy, as the line manager is currently based in a different location. You will be proficient at Excel, comfortable working with HRIS systems (ideally Workday) and Teams, as well as having Payroll experience. You will liaise with external vendors and advise employees on eligibility, coverage and other benefits matters. Ensuring the accuracy of benefit processing through the payroll, maintaining benefits records and ensuring compliance with reporting requirements will be key responsibilities.
The role will start with a Benefits focus initially; however the candidate should be open to expanding in to various areas of HR to support out evolving Company.

A&M offers hybrid working with three days per week in the office, plus regular travel to London where the wider HR and EMEA Benefits team are based. Part-times will be considered.
