    EMEA Go-to-Market Leader - Private Equity Performance Improvement (PEPI)

    Our dedicated Private Equity Performance Improvement (PEPI) professionals work with Investors and their portfolio companies to provide independent analysis and end to end services across the investment life cycle that deliver results in every economic cycle.

    We are seeking a Go-to-Market Leader that will work closely with A&Ms Private Equity Performance Improvement leadership based in EMEA to develop market facing objectives, strategies and programs. These programs may include (but are not limited to) the creation of promotional campaigns and content, PR and media strategies, account prioritization, account tracking and targeting campaigns, case study creation / management and related marketing and promotional activities.

    The successful candidate will have a proven track record related to areas such as marketing strategy and planning, PR agency management and media engagement, account-based marketing and promotions, business development and related responsibilities.

    Key duties and responsibilities:

    • Understand A&Ms global positioning and local market opportunities and work with leaders to prioritize market facing programs that engage the market, target accounts, media outlets and related.
    • Maintain visibility and interactions with multiple senior stakeholders, building consensus and operating as a trusted adviser relative to go-to-market topics and priorities.
    • Work with supporting campaign team members to develop, implement, execute and assess multi-channel marketing campaigns and related programs.
    • Maintain relationships across A&Ms matrix of go-to-market team members to ensure proper teaming and consistency in market facing activities.
    • Interact with CRM team members to ensure existing systems support go-to-market priorities, and reporting and analytics needs and other related requirements.

    Candidate should have the following experience:

    • Extensive experience that includes marketing campaigns and promotions, PR and media relations and management, account planning and targeting and similar experience.
    • Multiple years working in a global, matrixed, professional services organization (consulting preferred).
    • Experience working with senior executive stakeholders, including CEOs, COOs and division level leaders to develop go-to-market plans and work with multiple teams to ensure successful execution of those plans.
    • Comprehensive understanding of digital marketing, account-based marketing, cross-selling, account management, PR and media relations and related.
    • Experience working in the EMEA region for a professional services organization, multi-lingual abilities are a plus.
    • Understanding and proven ability to build consensus and connect leaders, including the creation of executive summary communications that deliver visibility into progress toward goals, opportunities and related topics.
