Responsibilities

  • Ensuring compliance to the Third-Party Service Provider Service Delivery Management Standard
  • Managing service review meetings with Third-Party and service recipients, to review Supplier contractual performance
  • Being responsible for monitoring, tracking, and reporting on service levels and KPIs to manager
  • Supporting resolution of incidents between third party suppliers and Barclays, from root cause analysis through to remediation and lessons learned
  • Managing the budget and working with the stakeholders involved to ensure Purchase Orders are in place and invoices are approved for payment within contractual SLAs.
  • Forecasting and planning capacity to avoid wasted effort and unnecessary destruction costs along with providing adapted forecasts dependent on business ‘Wins'

    As Barclays Supplier Service Management Analyst, you will be responsible for building effective stakeholder relationships with Barclays suppliers in accordance with the Third Party Service Provider Delivery Standard. You will also ensure that all Third Party Suppliers, who provide a service to Barclays Payments Merchant Services in Corporate Cards and Payments meet their contractual obligations, allowing them to deliver their ambitions in a controlled way, while maintaining exceptional quality assurance.

    What will you be doing?

    What we're looking for:

    • Working knowledge of best practice operations management, risk, control, business continuity and systems

    • Proactive, motivated individual who plans ahead and prioritizes own workload with minimal supervision. A self-starter who can drive their own performance

    • Proven communication with the ability to influence stakeholders within Barclays and communicate complex information both verbally and written.

    • Flexible approach in order to meet changing business demands and execute change positively

    Skills that will help you in the role

    • Service or Supplier Management experience

    • Operational Risk experience

    Northampton was the birthplace of Barclaycard in 1966 and we've been based in Pavilion Drive since the building opened in 1997. This state-of-the art energy efficient building holds up to 2,500 staff. The office location is perfect for travel from the midlands and London alike as we are based just off the A45, it is easily accessible by both car and bus routes.
