    Job Title: Project Manager – Delivery (Site & Facilities)

    Salary: £56,667+ Depending on skills & experience

    What you'll be doing:

    • Managing and efficient delivery of a site project portfolio
    • Effectively control and manage project schedules and budgets in order to meet Site and Business objectives
    • Developing and maintaining stakeholder relationships and expectations, with a proactive attitude to supporting/delivering business needs and requirements
    • Providing valuable leadership and team management with a commitment to Safety, Health & Environment within a Construction Design Management (CDM) environment
    • Driving internal improvements in ways of working to successfully follow company procedures and Portfolio requirements

    Your skills and experiences:

    Essential:

    • Knowledge of Regulatory Frameworks – Construction, Design and Management (CDM) Regulations
    • Project Management experience
    • Supply Chain Management experience

    Desirable:

    • Life Cycle & Requirements management
    • Project Finance, Funding and Business Case
    • Risk and Opportunity management
    • Business Change management (incl Performance Measurement Baseline Change Request)

    The Site Facilities Engineering team:

    You will be directing a team of project managers in the delivery of site related projects. This is a dynamic role with many moving parts to develop skills in, and be within a growing business area and will provide a lot of opportunities to work on exciting and complex infrastructure type projects. You will have the chance to make your voice heard and be able to take a direct hand in shaping the future of the Barrow BAE Site for years to come.
