  • Support the implementation of appropriate local physical security solutions across BAE Air, under the direction of the Senior Physical Security Architect
  • Act as the SME to advise on physical security assessment, design, planning and delivery – setting common processes where appropriate – and to ensure Business Units meet their contractual, regulatory and policy requirements
  • Set standardised approaches to physical security assessment, mitigation and general management of physical security design and systems
  • Conduct Gap analysis of facilities and buildings identifying shortfalls in compliance against the STaMP Methodology
  • Identify appropriate physical security solutions where gaps in security accreditation, contractual requirements and any other procedures and practices are identified
  • Elevate localised good practice for physical security ensuring they are adopted where appropriate
  • Support Assurance activities to determine the effectiveness of Physical Security Infrastructure

    What you'll be doing:

    • Support the implementation of appropriate local physical security solutions across BAE Air, under the direction of the Senior Physical Security Architect

    Your skills and experiences:

    • Strong knowledge of STaMP and other Physical Security Methodologies
    • Driving licence – ability to travel to different sites across the UK
    • Strong knowledge of Physical Security Systems and their capabilities
    • Excellent communication skills and strong stakeholder management skills
    • Strong ability to manage own areas of responsibility on a project and understand areas of personal responsibility
