    Salary: £50,817+ dependent on skills and experience

    What you'll be doing:

    • Undertaking tasks within programme cost and timescales which includes hazard analysis, using recognised tools and techniques, such as PHI, PHA, FMECA, HAZOP, FTA, etc

    Your skills and experiences:

    • Hold a degree in Engineering or equivalent proven experience
    • A good understanding environmental principles
    • A good understanding of Product Security principles
    • Experienced in engineering design of Weapons and associated Systems

    As part of the Weapon Systems Engineering team you will be working on new and / or existing Products (i.e. M777 towed howitzer, 4.5” MK.8 MOD 1 Naval Gun, AS90 Self Propelled Howitzer & 105 Light Gun), through all stages: from the initial concept; design and development; testing of one or more prototypes; through to final manufacture and implementation of a new product or sub-system.
