    Job Title: Manufacturing Resource Planner

    Location: Samlesbury – We offer a range of hybrid and flexible working arrangements – please speak to your recruiter about the options for this particular role.

    Salary: £47,683 – £52,426 depending on skills and experience

    What you'll be doing:

    • Leading effective reviews with the Line of Business Resource Leads to understand functional labour movements across the AMMSS and Operations Support populations
    • Maintaining accurate movement data (New Starters, Leavers and Internal Moves) across these populations within the MS Excel-based Functional Resource Models
    • Interpreting and collating information into a standardised newly-defined format for review across AMMSS and Operations Support
    • Supporting any recruitment activities and/or Assessment Centres as and when required (in line with the newly established Resourcing Cell)
    • Building and maintaining relationships across a large diverse stakeholder base

    Your skills and experiences:

    • Proficient in MS Office suite (particularly MS Excel)
    • Ability to analyse data or situations quickly and work with a complex stakeholder base
    • Experience with Integrated Business Plan (IBP) processes
    • Working towards Qualification/Accreditation of AMP, APICS or similar
    • Proven expertise in resource skill/capability planning and lean operational principles within a manufacturing environment

    The Air Manufacturing Resource team:

    The team provide functional responsibility for the planning, integration and deployment of effective supply solutions for Air Manufacturing People Resources across all Air sites, controlling cross project and site interdependencies to ensure plans are optimised for the benefit of Air Manufacturing.
