    Job Title: Senior Operations Engineer Workforce Planning

    Salary: £34,000+ dependent on experience

    What you'll be doing:

    • Supporting the Workforce Planning work stream within People & Capability in all aspects of the full lifecycle of recruitment
    • Produce documentation and reports in an accurate, timely & concise manner in various presentable formats
    • Liaise with various points of contacts all at levels throughout the business and lifecycle of supply vs demand for headcount
    • Support projects where required in the wider People & Capability workstreams including Training, Talent Management, Communications & Early Careers

    Your skills and experiences:

    Essential:

    • Strong communication & stakeholder management skills
    • Excellent Microsoft Package skills, Excel & PowerPoint
    • Analytical and problem solving with thorough attention to detail
    • Adaptable approach with ability to use own initiative

    Desirable:

    • Previous experience in a Workforce planning or Project Control environment

    The Site, Facilities & Infrastructure People & Capability team:

    As a Senior Operations Engineer, you will have an opportunity to work in Site & Facilities People Capability team. You will be supporting the full lifecycle of recruitment, ensuring timely reports and data is presentable whilst dealing with all levels of stakeholders. You will be working in a team of 7 people reporting to the People & Capability manager. This is an exciting opportunity to utilise people skills at all levels, developing new ways of working and supporting the wider function.
