    What you'll be doing:

    Your skills and experiences:

    Essential

    • HND/HNC (or equivalent relevant experience) in Quality or a STEM subject (Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics)
    • Has the ability and proven record to drive improvements, moving the organisation forward from beyond compliance to a more lean and effective one
    • Is familiar with key investigation and improvement tools and techniques (6 sigma, 8D, PFMEA, lean) with the ability to interpret data

    Desirable

    • Working towards, or holding six sigma green or black belt accreditation

    The Quality Team:

    We have a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Quality Specialist working within the Air Sector based at the Samlesbury unit facility. The role is to lead product improvements across the portfolio of Europe & International products (Typhoon, Hawk and T45 aircraft).

    Here you will have the opportunity to visit other sites to conduct your work as needed, growing your internal network and meeting people face to face. You will also be working as part of virtual team, in this muti faceted changing dynamic environment.
