    Job title: Project Professional – Delivery (Early Careers)

    Location: Frimley, Weymouth, Bristol, Portsmouth – we offer a range of hybrid and flexible working arrangements. Please speak to your recruiter about the options for this particular role.

    Salary: Up to £38,000, depending on skills & experience

    What you'll be doing:

    • Working in partnership with our Shared Services and Function teams, as part of the wider HR Team and specifically the Early Careers team
    • Supporting and coordinating Early Careers lifecycle activities from applications and interviews through to exits into substantive roles
    • Supporting the reporting processes for Early Careers
    • Coordinate and support Social Impact Initiatives and Activities
    • Engaging in event coordination from external STEM activities to larger scale Conferences and Workshops
    • Participating in ad-hoc project work as necessary and required from Early Careers projects to Social Impact and HR

    Your skills and experiences:

    • Excellent organisational skills, with good accuracy and attention to detail
    • Excellent communication skills & stakeholder management
    • Proficient with MS Office
    • Proven experience of a customer/stakeholder – facing role

    Desirable:

    • Potentially from a recruitment, business support, administrative background

    The ICS (Integrated Combat Systems) Early Careers team:
